Our delivery charges depend on the weight and size of item(s) you are ordering and the country the item(s) are being shipped to. We will do our best to achieve the best method and price to ship your item. We will combine shipping where appropriate. If this is complicated we will get in touch and let you know.

We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it usually the next day; however, please allow up to 7 days for the uk and 28 days for delivery to overseas countries. As soon as your order has been sent out, our system will e-mail to inform you.

If you do not receiver your item within the expected time frame please contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of it and send you tracking numbers etc.

All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is out of our control.
