REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We encourage you to think carefully about your purchase to ensure that you are making the right choice and we are on hand to offer advice before you dive in. Should you make a genuine mistake and notify us before your item is shipped we will issue a refund.
We do not usually accept the return of Artworks once a sale has been completed. However, we reserve the right to offer you a credit note or an exchange in certain circumstances.
We will strive to replace all damaged goods where a replacement is available. Please check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us.
Refunds will be given at the discretion The Street-Art Gallery, please contact us via email or telephone if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase.
You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
We are not able to offer a refund if you change your mind about Artwork which has been specifically customised to your requirements.
